snowflake_challenge 2014 - Day 2

In your own space, promote three communities, challenges, blogs, pages, Twitters, Tumblrs or platforms and explain why you love them.



I just did something similar on my IJ, talking about my favourite blogs. But they are not fandom-related and not about communities, so this doesn't count.

In my post for Day 1 I talked about my love for drabbles. I discovered this during two Drabble Day-Challenges initiated by the lovely people of my first fandom. It run in 2011 and 2012 and I don't know if there will be more of those, but drabbling for a whole day to inspiring and funny prompts was absolutely wonderful.

In last year's snowflake_challenge I learned about bandom_meme  where prompts are regularly posted and filled. I like to check out the site and love how it's done, with low pressure and fun. It produces great little stories or other artwork.

Because I'm not a member of many communities and haven't taken part in many challenges I might repeat myself, but I really enjoyed doing artwork for the Bandom-meme Fanwork Exchange Challenge. I liked the many prompt-sets to choose from and how I could decide what kind of fanwork I was inspired to produce.
