My letter is pretty general, but very much heartfelt:

Dear Internet,
thanks for connecting me to the world, for helping me to make friends from everywhere, for leading me to interesting and mindboggling topics. Your broadband has broadened my horizon, has made me think, laugh and cry, tweet and squee. You've shown me familiar things from different angles, helped me understand foreign concepts and gave me lots of gifs and pictures of cute cats. And pr0n.

Thanks for that. Here's to the next few million gigabits!
