Happy New Year! First thing I do is looking back to 2014 with the Fanfic-Meme.
- Total number of fics:
Hahaha, four. And those were not really fics, but a ficlet, drabbles and haikus.
- Total wordcount:
636
- Total number of fandoms:
One. Bandom, but a few different bands.
- Longest oneshot:
- Longest overall piece:
Four kisses Brendon wouldn't mind to forget, but one he'd love to remember
200 Words
- Looking back, did you write more fic than you thought you would this year, less, or about what you'd predicted?
I didn't expect to write much, so I'm happy with what I did.
- Did you take any writing risks this year? What did you learn from them?:
I tried to write haikus and I liked doing it and how they turned out.
- What pairing/genre/fandom did you write that you would never have predicted in January?
Nothing, really. I didn't expect much.
- Do you have any fanfic or prolific goals for the New Year? Finish, post, etc.
Try to write something that I'm happy with. Maybe something a bit longer.
- My favorite story this year (of my own):
Four kisses Brendon wouldn't mind to forget, but one he'd love to remember
- Story most unappreciated by the universe, in my opinion:
Your Songs Know What You Do In The Dark
It's a drabble about Spencer staying at home, still recovering from his drug-addiction, and Brendon leaving to tour. And about who knows how this might feel.
It doesn't have many hits, but I still like it a lot.
- Most fun story:
- Most sexy story:
- Story with single sexiest moment:
(rimming ficlet)
It's what the title says, and it's my only sexy(?) story.
- Story with single sweetest moment:
Four kisses Brendon wouldn't mind to forget, but one he'd love to remember
- Most unintentionally telling story:
Not sure that there is one.
- Fic that shifted my own perceptions of the characters:
I think my fics are too short to do this.
- Biggest disappointment:
I didn't feel inspired or brave enough to write long fics.
- Biggest surprise:
Writing the explicit (rimming ficlet) and that people like it.
- Hardest story to write:
One I haven't finished and don't think I will because of real life changes that made me not feeling the story anymore.
- Easiest story to write:
Every story that I put online came easily enough.
- This year's theme and the story that demonstrates it most:
Bandom. I loved reading Killjoys-fics this year and this definitely inspired me to write Killjoys-things.
- Anything else:
I also created some digital art which was a lot of fun, so I hope I'll do more of this in the new year as well.
