Bandom Big Bang 2015 - complement art

For my first participation in

bandombigbang I chose to make complementary artwork for a fic.

I made graphics for Sundrowned's story "Hand in mine, into your icy blues".
I started out in a fandom about gay figure-skaters with issues, so I couldn't resist when I read the prompt for the story.

Lately I've been disappointed a lot of times because none of the bands I would like to go and see live was coming anywhere near me since I had become interested in bandom-bands. To be fair, they all played here BEFORE. But not last year when I would have bought a ticket.

So I had been waiting excitedly for tour news, only to be disappointed. Again and again. 5 times actually, hence the title of this post. With one exception!

Bandom Holidays

Happy Holidays!

My holidays really have been great so far. I took part in the

bandom_holidays fanwork-exchange and had a lot of fun creating for my recipient in November.

Today (i.e. 25.12.) I woke up to the reveals and got a wonderful moving story by a still anonymous author:

Slow Burn

So if you like reading about Frank/Gerard, touring, angst, anal sex, break up, pining and a hopeful ending, go there immediately.
